What are we as a church?
It is very difficult to answer ‘Yes!’ if asked whether your church could offer hope in this hopeless time and age. Thus, we are determined to become such a church as able to give hope to the hopeless.
Popular church vs the church in which God takes the center place.
We are not seeking popularity, although we want to be liked by many faithful. It is not our aim to become a church of popularity. It is rather to be a God-centered church. In our church all the members ought to confess that the Lord God should be its one and only master, not particular members who think themselves privileged. So many contemporary churches have failed to perform their God-given functions, because most of them privatized the church to seek personal gains. Consequently, the biblical truth has been tainted and lost its light since secularism and materialism have become dominant factors to control the churches. As a result, the holy aspect of the church has disappeared.
Thus, at New Life Church we are determined to make God the master of the church based on our belief that He only can eliminate the darkness of the world only when he becomes the master of the church.
We seek with diligence the workings of the Holy Spirit.
So many people have knocked the doors of churches to find comfort and happiness with God’s help. However, so many of them left the churches crying, having been disappointed and despaired. It is also true that remaining believers are tormented due to a few members playing the role of master of the church. Therefore, we resort to the workings of the Holy Spirit to rectify the absurdity of such a bad trend trying to dominate the church.
We are determined to become an exemplary testament of the Living God through sincere practice of faith by devout members.
We live in an age wherein true righteous believers are badly needed. We are spiritually thirst so that we are yearning to meet those who try hard to follow Jesus Christ who exemplified to live upholding God’s word of truth.
It is our utmost endeavor at New Life Church to take a precious lesson from the destruction of Sodom and Gomorra because of the lack of even 10 righteous men as told in Genesis Chapter 18.
We realize that there are out there so many souls wandering since they have been alienated from Christian faith failing to find true value and meaning in a church filled with spiritual vitality. We live only once. We can’t lose time just by wandering because of confusion. To find a solution we’ve initiated to install a website to promote communion with believers who desire to be Christ’s disciples. We want to build a church to care for the hurt and the disappointed who once attended the church. With confidence we are pleased to declare that our church shall be the one that offers hope and light for the sake of despairing souls.
